1. Each entry can be of 4, 8, 12, 16 or 24 sheets. However, if you have won at silver level, the next time you enter you must put in more sheets (in other words, if you have won a silver with 8 sheets, next time you must put in at least 12 sheets). Each exhibitor may enter a maximum of two entries.

2. All the pages must be A4 or equivalent album page, and enclosed in a protective clear cover.

3. Write your name on the BACK of each sheet, and also number each sheet on the back in order (that is, from 1 onwards).

4. When sending your sheets in the post, make sure they are well protected with sheets of cardboard, and never fold your sheets.

You can include stamps, both unused and used, postcards, envelopes with stamps, stamps showing postmarks that apply to your theme, stamp booklets and miniature sheets. Ask your stamp group leader for help.

In addition, you can now submitt what is known as an 'open' entry. This will also be of a theme, but can include non-postal material (for example, such items as maps, photographs, sporting programmes). Such material should not occupy more than a quarter (by space) of your entry.
